By creating an account, accessing, or using LIUV's platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

LIUV provides AI-generated investment analysis, portfolio insights, and cross-border intelligence tools. The Service is informational only and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. LIUV may change pricing with prior notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LIUV is not liable for investment losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
LIUV may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rotterdam.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
